I have an PGDM degree and have a work exp. of 3 years. I am planning to do MBA from IIMs without leaving my job. Is there any possibility?

Surely there is.
Ask your company to give you educational leave (Depending upon your company's policies) so that you can join the same company after completing your MBA in higher responsibility.
