I have answered my Section B questions of JEE January 2023 in 4 decimals, i.e. I have entered 04.00 if the answer is 4. Is it correct?

No, it's not a correct option you only have to answer in integer not in a decimal value, the computer automatically detected and got it wrong. It's not a correct way to give the answers to integer type questions.

No, it is incorrect to submit answers in the JEE Mains exam to four decimal places (for instance, entering 04.00 for the answer 4). The National Testing Agency NTA which administers the JEE Mains exam, stipulates in its instructions that applicants must only enter their answers in the format specified.
