I have appeared for B.Tech from mechanical branch. I want to do a job oriented course. Can you tell me about the course and the institutes?

It depends on where you want to see yourself. Autocad, CADD, Project Management and Solid works courses are being sought by many Mechanical Engineers. If you are interested in the area of Quality Control, then Six Sigma courses are for you, besides welding Inspection piping and testing courses which may fetch you jobs in the middle east. You may also seek some management and entrepreneurship certifications. Certificate courses add to your existing skills But if you want to move up the ladder, you may improve your qualifications. M Tech and MBA are most sought after courses.

When do you want to appear for further education? -
there are several courses available for B.TECH graduates, it depends on your interest either you want to go for design field, manufacturing or quality field.
For design, many options available.say, AUTOCAD, PRO-E, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS.
or you may go for PIPING course, or i you're interested in QA/QC then NDT courses are best one.
There are many institutes provides training for all above courses, while for NDT course there are institutions like ASME / ISME .
