I have appeared for GRE and scored 1060 and I plan to go in 2012. I want to pursue MS in IT. And need full funding. What clgs can i apply to

I'm pursuing BE in IT. academic agg: 60% until now. Should i take a loan or go for a college that provides good scholarship? Should i consider reappearing for GRE. (The pattern is changing BTW.) I'm also confused on what field should i opt for in the MS course. I'm really worried. Pls reply ASAP.
