I have appeared for MHT-CET but didnt gave IIT-JEE. Am i eligible for aerospase eng in this institute?

Aerospace engineering quite not possible but you may try to colleges who run aeronautical engineering

you got to prepare for JEE, and you got to give exam for that, by appearing in MHT cet you can not gt into IIT mumbai
