I scored 200+ marks in JEE Paper 2 and 80% in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the AAT entrance exam. AAT 2018 Eligibility: Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE Advanced are eligible to appear in AAT in 2018. Regards.
