I have appeared in my higher secondary exam this year (2016), will I be able to apply for ISI entrance exam (2016)?

Hi Sonami,
In order to write the ISI Exam, one should have completed their graduation. Since, you have just given your higher exam, you will not be eligible to write ISI.
