I have appeared T.Y.B.Com in 2005 and failed i did not given my computer practical exam in college.Now it is more than 5 years

But my percentage was 42% need to make some career in future i have 5 years experience in retail want to know some course in which i can make career

You may do a diploma in Retail Management to grow in your current job. However, it will be useful to have a degree and then an MBA. I suggest you to enquire for registering for BBA or B.Com from IGNOU or other university Directorate of Distance Education. You may pursue thsi along with your job.
