I have applied for assistant post in BIS-Bureau of indian standards which has been called recently. what and how should i prepare.

I've completed M.phil in tamil litt., I did my PG and UG courses also in tamil literature. I have done a diploma course in mauscriptology and a certificate course in Human Resources Management. I was 82% in my SSLC and 80% in 12th. And i am most interested to getting into indian railways.
