Before one week of your GD PI process you will get your call letter.
Or you can directly call to admission cell of Balaji society and get status of your call leter.

So that you get a clear picture of your Problem as Issuing admit card is in hands of Admission Department.

It depends upon the centre that you have applied for. However you should receive your call letter before 18th of February. I'll suggest you to call the admission cell of Sri Balaji Society and mention your application number to them and check the status. You'll find the contact details at www.bimmpune.com .
