I have applied to University of Delhi through CUCET, but I have not included any language for the exam. Will there be a problem?

As per the official CUET and Delhi University website, Candidates must appear in at least one language from the following: Arabic, Gujarati, Manipur, Sindhi, Assamese, Hindi Marathi, Spanish, Bengali, Italian, Nepali, Tamil, Bodo, Japanese, Odia, Telugu, Chinese, Kannada, Persian Tibetan, Dogri Kas

Language is compulsory in DU, so when the correction window will open, you can select it. Minimum required language is 1, it is based on the class 12th.
