I have around 10 backlogs in my mechanical engineering. Can I continue my course from IGNOU?

Some universities do not allow more than 5 backlogs to let you proceed to the next year. 10 backlogs is a huge number, if you don't clear your backlog as soon as possible then your degree might extend beyond 4 years which will not be good for you in the longer run. Hence, clear your backlogs as soon as possible.
