I have auditted two subjects ,in which I had back.Will it make me ineligible for BIMTECH?

The auditted subjects were not necessary for my degree and i have my degree certificate with me .I have >60 percentage.The auditted subjects are not considered for calculating percentage in my university .Infact my university themselves choose 100 best subjects .

No, if you clear it in the repeat examination in the same semester.
