i have awarded Ph. D. in chemistry.i have qualified NET,GATE and almost completed B.Ed.i m teacher of a school.now what course should i do?

if i want to pursue M.ED .pls inform where it is possible through distance? if i passed in M. Ed through Distance may i eligible for assistance professor of any university?my NET in Chemical science. is it valid for education course institute? also inform any management course be helpful for me?
