i have B.tech in CSE with 57.57%,Predegree with 52.8% and SSLC with 72% and 2years of PHP and MySql experience. I like to do higher studies in Web Designing in USA with a part time job in Web Development(or related). So is it possible? I want to know about expenses and all. Please reply

There is nothing as a degree in PHP. You will have to major in CS or Software Engineering or Info Tech. Within each of these disciplines, you can specialize in WD. You can apply for a part-time programming job on campus. Expenses vary from university to university. They range from 15K 4 to 55k$
