    If I talk specifically about the government and other reputed university backlogs needed to be cleared. You need to clear all your exams, because it's the basic condition for admission in post graduate course and also 20-30% (differ from Universities) weightage (30% weightage in Himachal Pradesh University Business School) is given to your marks in undergraduate.

    Yes you can do MBA, but first you have to clear your backlog exam that will happen in next semester, then you are eligible, so all the best for your exams.
