I have backlogs in my UG degree will a PG Diploma increase my chances of getting into a good college for Masters?

I have scored 9.3 GPA in 10th, for 11th & 12th combined was 73%, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (3-year, BCA) but I have 14 backlogs, is there any way I can increase my chances to get into a good college? will a PG diploma increase my chances? or any accredited course? or any other way?
