I have BE (Electronics and Telecommunications) degree, can I become a lecturer at an engineering college in Bangalore?
I am an engineering graduate (B.E.) in electronics and telecom, year 2010. I worked at Sasken Telecom pvt ltd, Bangalore for 2 years. I hope to work as a lecturer at any engineering college in Bangalore. How must I start? Do I really need an M.Tech degree?

As per revised norms released by various State Governments and AICTE, you should have an M Tech to become eligible for entry level position of an academician.

As it would be difficult to provide such information. The designation and the post would be as per the requirements of the university hiring their professionals as per their need.
So it is advisable to visit the official website to know about institutes offering such posts.
As to earn a handsome salary and have good incentives it is essential that you have a MTech degree which will enhance in polishing your skill and as a lecturer is required to have a very good knowledge about his subject.
