I have BE (Electronics and Telecommunications) degree, can I become a lecturer at an engineering college in Bangalore?
I am an engineering graduate (B.E.) in electronics and telecom, year 2010. I worked at Sasken Telecom pvt ltd, Bangalore for 2 years. I hope to work as a lecturer at any engineering college in Bangalore. How must I start? Do I really need an M.Tech degree?

As per revised norms released by various State Governments and AICTE, you should have an M Tech to become eligible for entry level position of an academician.
