I have been 2 years detained in b.tech.can i has a chance to change the college or rejoin in 3year of b.tech in jntuk

I have been detained in 1-2 and 2-2 of b.tech in jntu k . do i have chance to ask the university to rejoin me to the colz so that my future cant be destroyed.please suggest me

The reason for you getting detained is important. If it is due to failures in some subjects then you will have to clear them. You cannot join any other college.
