Since you have worked as a graphic and web-designer, it would be great for you to get in positions like Product management which requires MBA in marketing.

In each MBA specialization there are 16 subjects in 4 semesters, out of which 10-12 are common to all specializations. Only 4-6 subjects refer to specialization. If you do MBA-IT, you will learn nothing extra to your B.Sc.-IT/BCA/B.Tech.subjects. Therefore, my suggestions is to select MBA-marketing
