I have been called for counselling on the first day, should I go for the counselling with a UPTU rank of 4708?

This institution for women has a quite good academic reputation in Rajasthan. If they have called you for counselling on the first day itself, then it's a good sign. You must go for it and see which branch they are offering. If it suits you then do take admission. -
I don't know much about UPTU.
But if you have been called on the first day of counselling, chances are in your favour and you can get CSE as the seats are over by the second counselling day.
Banasthali offers you nice faculty and 100% placements. Bulk, as well as core companies, visit the campus.
The institute has well-equipped and functioning laboratories.
You should compare the above-mentioned factors with the college you will be getting with your rank in UPSC.
