no you can not do MSC after diploma you have to complete graduation degree before MSC

For Masters degree you must have graduated in related field irrespective of experience.

Hi ! I think you are to complete your Degree from recognized University first which is possible for you, and then only you can go with your M.Sc. So far my knowledge goes after Diploma M.Sc is not possible. Best wishes.....
