What i suggest you to see is,
What Subject would you like to Take in Engineering.?
which place do your parent's feel comfortable to send you.

You must have given AIEEE exam and the exam for IIT, BITS Pilani etc. What was your score. If it is high then you will automatically get a college with higher reputation.
