I have been detained 2 years due to shortage of attendence.do i have a chance to rejoin college for the next year or change the college

I have been detained in 1-1 and 2-2 semesters of b.tech due to the health problem.does i have a chance to ask the jntuk university to rejoin me to the colz so that my future cant be destroyed.please suggest me

Generally, you are given a chance for the immediate examination. But, the rules may vary from State to State. Check with the college and you won't lose much time.
