i have been fairly strong in academics through out scoring a 88% in 10th standard ,82% in 12th standard, a first class with distinction in electronics and communication engineering , 110 in toefl and 1190 in gre...do i have a chance to get an admission with some scholarship?

Yes Ranita... You can get scholarship. But to get it, you should have good recommendations from your profs and the univ'ywhich you are planning to join should have the opening.All the best.
