Indeed, it is possible. If you stay nearby the IBSG campus, I would suggest you to visit the campus and request them, I'm sure, they will help you in change of the campus or ask the admission counsellor of IBS. He'll also be able to help you in this.

Yes changing of campus is possible by writing a mail to IBS Hyderabad. But now being a alumni of IBS
Pune, I won't suggest you to change your campus if you don't have any personal problem. Placement assistance, faculty are really upto the mark and surely will enjoy exposure to Pune.
