i have been told that study status of "rajasthan tech. universitys" is far poor than "uptu universities"... is it so or just a rumour??

UPTU because:-
Uttar Pradesh Technical University ranks 38 whereas Rajastan Technical university ranks 53 among All India Ranking.
Hence UPTU is better.
