I have been working in army since 2003, because of that i am still plus two. I would like to improve my education.

Can i continue my education through any distance university?

Yes, After 10+2 you can get distance admission in any colleges, there are numerous colleges and courses which you can pursue after 10+2. The only thing you'll need is a Gap Certificate/ Affidavit proving that you have not take admission in any regular colleges for 9 years, along with your 10+2 marks
