i have below 60 percent marks in 10th and 12th standard.can i eligible for CAT EXAM and to get admission in IIM INSTITUTES IN INDIA?

you need to have graduation in good percentage . than prepare for cat and get good percentile
and achieve your goal

For CAT exam you need to be a graduate and the marks of Xth or XIIth does not matter.
