I have CA inter (new) exam Group 1 in November 2018 but I couldn't clear it. Am I eligible for MCQ pattern of the exam in May 2019?

ICAI Examination Pattern from may 2019. the question paper pattern of the theoretical papers at Intermediate and Final levels would be 30% objective and 70% descriptive under both Old and New Schemes. The papers in which the new pattern would be followed are as under
