I have CAT percentile 66, B.Tech 80 ,12th 95 %,10th 91%.3 years work experience. Is there any to get call from nits?

It would be difficult to get a call from NITs as the general cut off for them is 85-90 percentile. But there is a little chance that you may get a call.

A simple answer would be to score as much as you can. For a GEM student, scoring 99.5+ percentile would be a safe bet. Based on your overall profile you might still not get a call from IIM Ahmedabad but that is the whole point, right? If people have worked hard in their past they must get some benef
