I have changed my career from financial services to HR ie i am into managing placement services, I have one PGDBM in Mktg & CFP. I want to specialise in HR as,Let me know the right course, as my age is 35 and feel i am late to do further studies, as time is less pls suggest good course and institute

Mallesh as you told you already did PGDBM and have working exp, now you working as a HR person then you should do certificate or diploma in LABOR law or personnel management. There are many good institution which runs these courses viz XLRI, IMT GHAZIABAD, etc
