I have cleared Diploma in civil but want to pursue engineering in artificial intelligence, is it possible?

Yes it is possible unless you got a rank of 500 and below.

I scored 95% in Diploma. But just before bfew minutes I spoke to a person from vital college Pune, they said having Diploma in CS is mandatory to get admission for artificial intelligence. As I have done civil, I am not eligible to take admission into it.
