I have cleared Jee-main Exam , is it possible for me that can i get admission in IIIT ,if i am not able to get through Jee-Advance

IIITs/CFTIs/NITs offer admission based on JEE Mains only. IITs, ISM-Dhanbad and IIEST-Shibpur takes admission on the basis of JEE Advanced.

Yes iiit admission is done on the basis of your jee main rank. So if you're jee main rank is good enough to be in iiit then there would be no need to score in jee advance.
