i have cleared my aircraft maintenance engineering course(3 years). so can i redeem some subjects from German university?

i want to do automobile engineering. i even want to know the best university in germany or france .and as aircraft maintenance engineering is license course so will i get a banifit like i have to clear some less subject. or any other thing??is there any entrance exam for joining such universities .
