I have cleared my final semester in B.tech(Electrical) but previous semesters are still pending & due to sloath speed university schedule i'

as i mentioned earlier i'm not able to proceed further in career. I'm interested for studying further but currently i'm not able to & life seems to be stagnant.The university i studied from is Rajasthan Technical University,kota. There is nobody to hear our complains and take actions.Kindly guide me
