Yes, you can do a Diploma course in journalism. If you want to do the journalism course in Punjab, I would you suggest RIMT university for this course. http://rimt.ac.in/pg-diploma-in-journalism-hindi.php. -
Yes, you can do journalism courses available for any 12th pass student as you don't have a graduate degree. You can go for a full-time Diploma course if 1-year course is not available.
