As per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. BBA (Bachelor of business administration)
2. BHM (undergraduate degree in hotel management)
3. BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media)
The BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations.

As per my opinion apart from B.COM you can opt for BBA.
i would suggest you to think for 5 YR INTEGRATED MBA OF IIM INDORE.
