I have common merit rank 368 & category (OBC NCL) merit rank 40. I want to get in NIFT, Delhi for accessory design. What are the chances?

I also want to know the difference in OBC NCL and OBC NCL domicile. I'm living in Nagpur. Will it affect my chances in NIFT, Delhi? Please reply fast.

There are fairly high chances that you can get NIFT, Delhi.
Check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in
The difference in domicile and general is that if there is any NIFT center in your city, then you will get a little advantage of that under OBC domicile.
