Hi Harsh, i suggest you go for online MBA. Distant MBA never helps apart from just getting a degree. If you really want to do MBA/PGDM you should look for some institute which apart from adding a degree to your qualification will provide you with the required knowledge ans skills you will be needing for work.
One good institute i know of is The Strategy Academy. http://thestrategyacademy.org/
They conduct LIVE classes where you can interact with the faculty through video conferencing and the courses are also industry specific with UGC approval.
All the best! -
You have two options. The first is to look at pursuing your distance MBA from Sikkim Manipal University or Symbiosis (Pune) . Coming to the second option, lot of reputed B Schools offer the full time Executive MBA program which has a duration of 18 months. This essentially means that you have to quit your job

Executive MBA is mainly targeted at working segment, a full time MBA approved by AICTE will be the best bet for a fresher. But the alarming factor is your percentile for B Com, you will have to search for an appropriate institute. For distance education courses, admission is possible with your percentage.

If you are already working then you can think of doing distance MBA because you will be able to do job and work at the same time and if you will do executive MBA then you will have to quit your job. Good Luck.
