yes nobanita, u r able to compete for MCA from GOVT INST. for this u have to prepare for entrance exam.entrance exam pattrn depands upon univ. or college.

U can but u start working on the fundamental mathematics of 11th and 12th before the commnecement of classes. Since U did not study maths in 11th & 12th, U have to concentrate more & work harder. U should go for maths coaching.
