I have complete BE.I am unable to speak fast and fluent english. i am from marathi medium. help me if there is any course with which i can speak fluent and fast english

I suggest following thing:
1. Don't learn grammar rather focus on sentence structure
2. Listen to English stories and poems
3. Watch English movies and News Channel
4. Speak to yourself daily 2 hours, read good news paper like Indian Express
5. Listen English audio lesson and repeat, this will he
