I have complete my Diploma in 2017 Dec did I have eligiblity to join Eve engineering college?

I have completed Diploma in computer Science. I have complete my final year @ 2017 March. But had one backlog in 2nd semester. So I have cleared it on 2017dec exams. Need to know I have eligiblity to join Eve engineering college?
