I have completed 1-year Diploma in hotel management this year, can I directly opt for 2nd year B.Sc in hotel management in IHM college?

No, you can't you have to give the exam for hotel management again NCHMCT and clear it. You cannot have a Diploma degree and join B.Sc course as second year.

No, if you want to join the IHM, you must write the NCHMCT exam, and if you got eligible, you won't be able to join the 2nd year you must join from 1st year.
