I have completed 10+2 with maths doing target this year. I m interested in studying abroad in colleges better than IIT. what is process?

I want info about abroad studies in colleges better than IITs. I completed my 10+2 from CBSE with 73% marks fees of college must be low (about 6lac p.a)or there must be a financial aid system my english is good i want info about procedure, requirements, fees, documents and almost every basics
