I have completed 10 + engg. dip. 3yrs + PGDCA 2yrs(Pune university) + EMBA 1yrs(KSOU). Is it eligible for Phd from any university?

Dear Prashant,
for PhD , you need master degree. PG diploma or Executive Masters are not recognised as eligibility for PhD.
Better you enroll for MSc-CS/IT direct II year on the Basis of PGDCA and then go for PhD.
