    Yes, you are eligible for MBA courses, only if you have completed your graduation or you are doing your final year graduation.

    It is good to see your interest in MBA, as you have written that you have Diploma after class 10th. So, you need to take admission for B.Tech now (lateral admission in 2nd year). Thereafter completing your B.Tech, you have to appear in CAT and score more than 98 percentile to get admission in FMS.

    If you are in the last semester of graduation and it will be completed by 2019 then you are eligible for 2019-2021 batch.
