I have completed 10th from Karnataka Open University. Will I be able to study abroad?

I have also completed my 12th science from CBSE board. If I can't, please tell me a specific reason and how can I get it?

As long as your university is a nationally recognised certified university, there would be no problem in applying for studying higher studies abroad. So, definitely, you can. All the best!
