    You should go for the regular studies. In case you are unable to get admission in regular colleges, then you can go for the distance learning.

    Yes, you can enroll for B.Com in Open University. But, it will be better, if you do it in regular basis in colleges, as B.Com fees are not that much.

    Yes, you can join IGNOU for B.Com, but I will suggest you to take admission in regular college.

    Yes, you can go for B.Com in IGNOU. The eligibility is to pas class 12th from any discipline. But, I would suggest you to go for regular. Regards.
